The river, the canals, the water can be a place of passage, of travel but also of rupture or border for a very large public. Sailing, swimming, crossing the shore are all social markers that we must erase. By inviting young people and vulnerable people to build small dinghies, to rediscover the Seine or the canals, we discover together the challenges of the transition of our territory through common adventures.
